Renewed invoice
With the advent of the new pensions act (Wet toekomst Pensioenen), the employee will have more options. These options have financial consequences. In order to better present these consequences, we will renew the note (PDF) as well al the specification (CSV) from February 2024.
On this page you can read and see extensive information about the renewed invoice. You will also find the possible consequences of this change. For your convenience we have summarized all changes in an overview.
Why did we renew our invoice?
With the advent of the new pensions act (Wet toekomst Pensioenen or Wtp), the employee will have more options to choose from. These choices have financial consequences. When choosing a voluntary insurance, it may be necessary to deduct that extra premium from the salary of the participant. In the future you will see more information! We plan to add the choice for the Anw shortfall pension among other things.
Consequences for automated processes
With the innovations, the layout of the invoice and the specification changes. We know that some employers use automated financial processes. The new layout may have an impact.
We have added more columns in the CSV file and changed their order. Changing the columns can affect the process. We suggest you assess your financial process and make the necessary adjustments if needed.
The PDF note will also be adjusted and that could have consequences if an e-invoice is used.
Our suggestions to prepare for this change
To be prepared in the new year, we offer you several downloads. This means that you already have access to the PDF note and the CSV file with the new layout. You can use these downloads to get an idea of the changes. With these downloads you’re able to change your process in time.
