From the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Terrorism Financing Act (Wwft) and the Sanctions Act, we are obliged to conduct client investigations when a new client (employer) wants to take out or extend a pension plan. With such a client investigation, we know exactly who we are doing business with..

To assess whether we can implement the pension plan, we need information and documents. This is not only important for the client investigation, but also for the later processing of the pension plan in the administration. Once an employer has provided all the necessary documents, we will verify the information and determine whether the agreement can indeed be concluded.

Documents to be provided

Your advisor will request the necessary documentation from you as an employer (in Dutch)

  • Copy of identification document of the signatory(ies) of the agreement and UBO declaration (provide without visible social security number).
  • Fully completed and signed certified UBO declaration by the authorized signatory(ies) according to the Chamber of Commerce. Alternatively, a Statement of Senior Management of Listed Companies.
  • An extract from the UBO register.
  • IBAN of the contracting party.
  • In case of separate invoice groups: IBAN of the affiliated companies.
