A new pension environment!

As Nationale-Nederlanden, we like to have one digital environment and one user experience for all our customers. We do this using mijn.nn Financial Future for members who have a pension with us. This new environment will gradually become available for more and more pension products, including your pension.

Insight, overview and convenience

With mijn.nn Financial Future, you get a clear overview at one location of your pensions at Nationale-Nederlanden. You can easily add other pensions and income. And for an even more complete insight into the income you will need later, you can determine your expected expenditure step by step using the Nibud link.

On this webpage, you will find information especially for members who previously had an account on Pension Services Online. At nn.nl/financialfuture, you will find practical instructions to help you navigate the new pension environment.


Important to know, important to do

We are gradually working towards one online environment for all our products. And every quarter we will add new functionalities. More simplicity and convenience for you are always the starting point.

  • You will continue to log in in exactly the same way as you do now. If you log in to mijn.nn and click on Garant Pensioen Plan, you will immediately see a button that will take you to Financial Future.

  • Pension documents which you previously had digitally in Pension Services Online were transferred to mijn.nn in September 2020 and can be viewed via ‘Mijn documenten’ (translation: My Documents).

  • If you have already access to mijn.nn Financial Future, we have added your Garant Pensioen Plan to it. If you added this pension yourself previously, probably it is now listed twice. You can easily remove it via 'Add and manage income'. Remember: if you do not do this, Financial Future will not provide you with a good picture of your income for later. For pensions that you have added from the pension register, we will eliminate the double entries.

How does mijn.nn Financial Future work?

Together with the members, we have investigated how we can make it as easy as possible for you to start working on your income for later. If you go to nn.nl/financialfuture, you will find practical instructions to help you navigate the new environment even more easily.

I already have mijn.nn Financial Future for another pension at Nationale-Nederlanden. Is there anything I should adjust?

If you already had mijn.nn Financial Future at the time when we transfer your Garant Pensioen Plan to this new environment, and you added your Garant Pensioen Plan yourself via ‘Add and manage income’, probably it's now in there twice. You can easily remove it simply by clicking on the trash bin icon. Remember: if you do not do this, Financial Future will not provide you with a good picture of your income for later.

Have the pensions and other income I had added in mijn.pensioen (employee portal) been transferred to the new environment?

Unfortunately, we cannot automatically transfer these. So add your data again and you will have an up-to-date overview.

Remember! If you have several pensions with us and these will be added later by us in mijn.nn Financial Future, check that there is no doubling of the pensions you are adding now. For pensions that you have added from the pension register, we will eliminate the double entries. Pensions that you enter yourself (manually) can easily be deleted again via the bin icon.
If we add any other pensions of yours to mijn.nn Financial Future in the period ahead, you will be informed separately.

Have the scenarios I created in Pension Services Online been transferred to the new environment?

Calculations you had made with the Income Planner in Pension Services Online have not been transferred to mijn.nn Financial Future. However, you can make new calculations of your expected net income per month in the case of different choices. You cannot save these, but you can keep them as screenshots.

I have more pensions at Nationale-Nederlanden. When will they appear in mijn.nn Financial Future?

Mijn.nn Financial Future will gradually become available for more and more pension products. It may be that your pensions at Nationale-Nederlanden are not yet visible in mijn.nn Financial Future. You will receive a message from us if there is a change to the online management of a pension you have.

I have a pension benefit. Why can't I see it in mijn.nn Financial Future?

If you already have mijn.nn Nationale-Nederlanden when we transfer your Comfort Pensioen to this new environment, and you have already added your Comfort Pensioen yourself via 'Add and manage income', it's now in there twice. You can easily remove it simply by clicking on the trash bin icon. Remember: if you do not do this, Financial Future will not provide you with a good picture of your income for later.
